Hi, I'm Taylor!

As a content designer, I work alongside design partners of user research and product design, as well as product managers, data analysts and engineers to identify the problems that hinder a user from achieving their (and our) goals within a product. This can be big picture things like reworking or creating the information architecture of a page, flow or system, overhauling the user interface and user journey mapping or more detailed work like optimizing through content experimentations. No matter what solution I'm working towards; however, at the root of all my work is having a deep, empathetic understanding of the people who use our products.

I'm an advocate for tech inclusivity, creating and launching Bridge Builders, a 1:1 mentorship program for underserved populations at Meta and launched the first Content Design Apprenticeship at Asana.
